A Girl Survival Kit.
We've all been there. You're out in public and you just started your period, but you don't have a tampon or a pad. You just had lunch and now your breath stinks, but you don't have any gum. You just went outside, but you don't have any deodorant and your hair is now a mess. You have a headache, but you don't have any medicine.
Being a girl is honestly so hard and even boys understand that. I mean we have to deal with our hair, periods, putting together the perfect outfit, our skin, and so much more. Boys deal with most of the above too, but they usually brush it off or don't really care. I've put together a list of things all girls should and need to carry with them at all times to help being a girl easier!
Tampons, pads, & liners
Chapstick (something like an Eos lip balm can also be used to keep those annoying strands of baby hairs patted down and out of your face!)
Gum
Mints or tic-tacs
Powder and makeup brush (for touch-ups)
Oil absorbing wipes
Hand sanitizer
Travel size deodorant
Travel size perfume
Hairties
Bobby pins
Mini dry shampoo
Mini hairspray
Mini mouthwash
Advil
Chocolate
Essential oils for cramps or stress
Lotion (stress relief)
Mini hairbrush
Phone charger
Tissues
Handheld floss (I love these things so much.)
Tide to-go stick
Mini toothbrushes
If you don't know which certain brand to use or what scent to get for some things, i'm going to list what I use below!
Tampons - U by Kotex or Tampax (radiant)
Chapstick - Eos Vanilla Bean.
Pads - Always (radiant) or Always (Maxi) for those heavy period nights.
Gum - I ALWAYS carry a pack of Extra Polar Ice gum.
Mints - Regular Mentos or spearmint tic-tacs.
Hand sanitizer - Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar or Dancing Waters. (I have a lot more scents, but those are my go-to's)
Perfume - Victoria's Secret Talk to the Palm.
Hairspray - Rave
Lotion - Stress relief or Victoria's Secret Talk to the Palm.
I hope this helps you as much as it has helped me. I know the life of a girl can suck at times, but it can be better by always carrying these things to help relieve the stress.
