Summer.

This is the quickest summer I have experienced. I haven't posted in over two months because i've had no time to! I was busy with summer camps, practices, church, netflix, and hanging with my friends. School is literally one week away for me, and i'm going back to public school! I was homeschooled from October to May and I really wanted to go back to school this year for several reasons. The main reason was because of my personal life and it just ended up not good for me to be home as much as I had been. I was much happier before I got homeschooled and was surrounded with all of my friends everyday.

Homeschool was supposed to better my education, help me time management, and prepare me for the future. But for me, I learned nothing (hahaha) and it ended up stressing me out everyday. I'm a strong extrovert and not being surrounded by my friends, and not knowing all of the tea about everyone wasn't sitting well with me. I didn't wanna miss out on the full high school experience that includes homecoming, football games, half days in senior year, prom, and graduation. So I decided to go back and i'm happy I did.

This summer was honestly so bittersweet because so any things have happened. My best friend who has lived across the street from me ever since I moved here (9 years), is moving 200 miles away in about a week. Lost a friend. Gained some more :). My friend killed himself and left a hole in all of my friends and families' hearts. Actually now that I think about it, this is the hardest summer i've ever had. I've made great friendships with people who I haven't really been close to previously and made even stronger friendships with people I call my best friends.

Anyways, school is in a week and i'll soon be posting some tips on how to survive high school because i'm going to be needing a lot of them since i'm coming out of a year of homeschool where I learned nothing! I hope you all had an amazing summer and will have an amazing year in school!
