When You Feel Sad...

This blog post is kind of for fun and some helpful things that could help calm you down when you are feeling blue. Whenever I feel sad about something, I always try and find something to distract me from the feeling. Here is a list of some things you can do when you feel sad!

  • Write a love letter to yourself

  • Go for a walk

  • Listen to happy songs

  • Pray about it

  • Watch a funny movie or Youtube video

  • Write down a list of things that make you happy

  • Treat yourself to some food!

  • Put on a pretty outfit

  • Drink some tea

  • Call a friend to help make you laugh

  • Take a nap

  • Get out of the house

  • Hangout with a friend

When i'm sad my go-to thing to do, is to watch Kian and Jc on Youtube. They can make me laugh and smile SO easily. I love them so much and encourage you to watch them if you are ever feeling sad.

I also keep a list of things that make me happy, in my phone, to look at whenever I am feeling down. It's a pretty long list!

There are so many things to be happy about. Whatever it is you are feeling upset about, try and look at the better things in life. Be thankful and praise God for everything He has blessed you with! Everyone is so much more beautiful when they are smiling!
